Who We Are

Panagiotis Zalepas

Panagiotis is a multilingual lawyer with a distinctive international career. He began his legal path in France, earning a Maîtrise en Droit public from Université de Lille II, followed by a Master’s in European law from the Institut d’Études Européennes of the Université libre de Bruxelles. He also holds a law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. His early career was shaped by roles at the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium) and various services of the European Commission. Admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2011, he has since developed a broad practice covering corporate law and civil law, with extensive experience in cross‑border disputes involving multiple jurisdictions. Since 2021, he has also served as a certified mediator for the Greek Ministry of Justice, further strengthening the firm’s alternative dispute resolution capabilities. His unique blend of EU institutional expertise, domestic legal practice and mediation skills enables him to advise clients on complex cross‑border matters with exceptional insight and strategic clarity. Panagiotis speaks fluent Greek, English, French and Dutch.

Panagiota Nasi

Panagiota brings together a unique mix of skills as a litigator, certified mediator, and academic, with a strong focus on civil, commercial and art law. She holds a law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master’s in Private International Law, strengthening her ability to handle cross‑border disputes. A member of the Athens Bar Association since 2013, she gained valuable experience with various law firms before establishing her independent practice. Since 2021, she has served as a certified mediator for the Greek Ministry of Justice. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CiArb) in London, UK. In parallel, she is currently pursuing a PhD at the International Hellenic University on arbitration in the art law sector and also serves as an academic assistant. Her scholarly work includes articles on art law, contributing to the development of this emerging field. Panagiota’s focus on alternative dispute resolution, combined with her litigation experience and academic engagement, allows her to craft efficient, client‑centered solutions with the discretion high‑profile cases require. Panagiota speaks fluent Greek, English and French.

Panayiotis Vasileiou

Panayiotis Vasileiou is an Advocate based in Cyprus, specializing in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Since his admission to the Cyprus Bar in 2020, where he achieved distinction, he has been actively involved in representing clients in complex legal disputes and high-stakes proceedings.His practice focuses on commercial litigation, with particular expertise in the issuance of protective measures and interim injunctions. Panayiotis regularly appears before all levels of the Cypriot courts, including the District Courts, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Cyprus, providing strategic and effective advocacy on behalf of his clients.Panayiotis holds a First Class LLB (Hons) from UWE Bristol, where he was awarded the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence on two occasions. He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) at Canterbury Christ Church University, alongside a doctoral degree (PhD) at Birmingham City University, further strengthening his academic and professional expertise.Combining strong academic credentials with practical litigation experience, Panayiotis is committed to delivering high-quality legal services with precision, diligence, and a client-focused approach.
